Selected from premium shiraz and cabernet grapes, this wine has been aged for 12 months in the finest new grain French and American oak. Deep ruby red in colour this shiraz cabernet displays dominant aromas of juicy black plums layered with liquorice and capsicum.

Complex oak, dried herbs, dark spices and silky tannins carry onto the palate of this medium bodied wine giving a lingering finish of vanilla and sweet spice.
